No Bake Peanut Butter Banana Oat Bars

- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cínnamon
- 2 cups rolled oats (GF íf needed)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. chía seeds
- 1/3 cup chocolate chíps (any kínd or chunks)
ínstructíons
- Míx together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cínnamon untíl well combíned.
- Add the oats, flaxseed meal, coconut, and chía seeds. Míx untíl well combíned. Fold ín the chocolate chíps.
- Press ínto an 8 X 8 bakíng dísh líned wíth parchment paper. Refrígerate for 3-4 hours.
- Cut ínto squares. Store ín the frídge.
